New Age Caravans

New Age Caravans is Australia’s premium caravan manufacturer. Their recreational vehicles are designed with care by the leading engineers in the field.  But creating the ideal  caravan involves a lot of custom decision making. We needed to create a complex quoting tool that would generate invoices and manage the workflow for building a caravan.

The Challenge

New Age Caravans had been using a handwritten, paper based approach to manage the complex task of customised caravan quotes and ordering. Their caravans are tailor-made to order so keeping track of options and custom features was becoming a mammoth task.

Our Approach

We developed a caravan ordering and management system that could handle the process from quote to delivery. The key was creating a complex quoting and invoice tool that could manage the custom options and upgrades that were part and parcel of their ordering process.

The Results

The software developed means that New Age Caravans’ staff, in 25 dealerships across the country, can track the progress of a caravan from quote to order, drafting and design, scheduling, production and delivery.
