accessIQ is a specialist student administration and Learning Management System (LMS) for the Australian training sector.

From simple origins as an internal tool for the Benchmarque Group, the software has evolved into a robust and feature-rich platform; capable of supporting a range of business requirements from the simplest of event management, to virtual classrooms, to the full suite of compliance requirements for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). accessIQ has rapidly become the system of choice for many of Australia’s leading training providers.

The Challenge

The approach to managing learning varies significantly between providers and requires a customisable and flexible approach.

accessIQ clients deliver courses in a wide range of formats including online, face-to-face and blended models. Often attendance in a course requires evidence of previous course completion (called ‘pathways’) and there are a variety of ways in which students demonstrate competency; including online assessments, physical demonstrations or simply attendance. 

The complexity grows when you consider the different participants an RTO must manage including federal or state governments (via automatic reporting), client organisations, students, trainers and assessors.
